Production Manager - Agrochemical (Technical)

<p><u>Roles & Responsibilities :-</u></p><p><br></p><ul><li>To plan and ensure timely production completion activities as per plan and dispatch thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources and ensuring quality standards being maintained at all time.</li><li>To able to manage the Technical Category of Agrochemical.</li><li>Able to manage the team of around 300 manpower including staff.</li><li>Should be sound in Technical terms of the chemical.</li><li>Should be able to manage the product packaging as per the standard.</li><li>To ensure timely conducting of Production Batches as per requirement, keeping productivity and quality norms in place.</li><li>Implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption measures.</li><li>Required Strong Strategic Planning & Management Skills.</li><li>Team Management</li><li>Production Planning & Control</li><li>Expertise in Resource</li><li>Management, Material Planning & Control and Implementing systems to meet Quality / Safety norms.</li><li>Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.</li><li>Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe.</li><li>Ensure that operating instructions and quality assurance documents are updated and followed.</li><li>Ensure that people are motivated and efficient in order to maintain high-level team performance.</li><li>Help to improve the facilitys productivity and operating conditions.</li><li>Help to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.</li><li>responsible for the technical coordination and control of the chemical production processes</li><li>Providing training on operations to all the employees</li></ul><p><br></p><p><u>Desired Candidate Profile:-</u></p><ul><li>Proficiency in chemical engineering and conducting reactions.</li><li>Managing people and equipment.</li><li>Process safety knowledge</li><li>10-15 years of experience as production manager in agrochemical, pharma.</li><li>Should be graduate /post graduate in Chemistry.</li><li>Should be good in communications.</li></ul><p><br></p>
