Job Overview Reliance Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, mid-level position located in Bara Banki. The HR Business Partner will support various HR functions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Strong background in fostering positive relationships between employees and management. HR Compliance (Mandatory skill): Expertise in ensuring company adherence to HR laws and regulations. Strategic Planning (Mandatory skill): Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. Talent Management: Experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent to meet organizational needs. Performance Management: Skills in implementing effective performance evaluation systems. Organizational Development: Experience in designing and improving organizational structures and systems. Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently and effectively. Change Management: Skills in guiding and managing organizational change initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure HR compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in alignment with company standards. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's overall objectives. Manage talent acquisition processes to meet hiring needs and rebuild organizational capabilities. Oversee performance management processes to enhance employee productivity and engagement. Design and implement training programs to support employee growth and development. Facilitate conflict resolution processes to maintain a harmonious work environment. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
