JOB ROLE:

• Contributing to curriculum, resource, program and subject design, development, management and review as required.
• Continuously improving their own teaching and learning, including developing a comprehensive teaching portfolio, and contributing to the continuous development and improvement of learning and teaching.
• Participating in scholarly activities that influence and enhance learning and teaching in the University.
• Preparing high-quality subject delivery and learning support materials using any web-based platforms, electronic library information systems and other teaching and learning systems developed for use in the University.
• Acting as a subject coordinator and/or area or discipline coordinator including managing the area/discipline, providing feedback and contributing to performance management.
• Conducting lectures, tutorials, workshops, practical classes, demonstrations, field excursions, clinical sessions and other appropriate learning activities as required.
• Applicants with teaching experience in 'Financial planning' will be given preference

Teaching responsibilities may involve classroom, online, and/or hybrid delivery at the MBA level.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Initiate and moderate classroom discussions. Plan, evaluate, and revise curriculum and methods of instruction.
2. Prepare course materials, such as syllabus, homework assignments, and handouts.
3. Keep abreast of developments in the field and participating in professional organizations and conferences.
4. Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
