Job Summary:


We seek a dynamic Program Manager to support our Enterprise & Strategic Account Sales Teams. This role entails identifying and securing the right clients, managing supply information, onboarding clients, overseeing their campaigns, and addressing client issues. The ideal candidate should be proactive, solution-oriented, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Supply Management:


  • Work closely with the Enterprise & Strategic Account teams to identify and secure the right supply across multiple cities.
  • Enable the sales teams with insights to target the right clients.
  • Manage the onboarding of clients through dedicated teams, ensuring the earliest go-live for clients' campaigns.
  • Ensure the accuracy of project-related information and execute the continuous updating of this information.
  • Manage clients' campaign activations and deactivations, and monitor the quantum and velocity of deliveries.


Client Issue Resolution:


  • Work with the Sales Development team to anticipate and pre-empt potential problems
  • Identify root causes and coordinate with the contact center, internal quality, and sales teams to resolve client issues.
  • Keep track of internal quality metrics and take corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Provide clients with information about their active campaigns.
  • Work with Sales and Customer Success Teams (CST) to monitor client communications through emails and WhatsApp groups.


OPS Support:


  • Coordinate the training of Contact Center agents by the client to align the campaign’s requirements with the client’s expectations.
  • Manage the clustering and updating of similar projects as per process requirements.


On-Ground Insights:


  • Gain real-time insights by accompanying home buyers on client calls and site visits.


Qualifications:


Education:

Bachelor’s degree, MBA is mandatory

Experience:

2+ Years of experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and open to continuous feedback and improvement
