Project Manager Gen Ai

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Project Management:
  Lead and manage multiple small—to medium-scale Gen AI projects from initial scoping through implementation and rollout, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Partner with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including Markets, Policy, Quality, Training, and Workforce Management (WFM), to enable outsourcing operations that enhance our community experience and support.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks or issues with project implementations and proactively drive communication and resolution strategies with internal and external stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
• Requirement Translation:
  Translate complex business requirements into detailed implementation plans that align with our mission of protecting and supporting our Community.
• Process Improvement:
  Play an active role in contributing to the continuous improvement of policies, products, processes, and support system solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing overall efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications:

• PMP or Prince certified
• Language Proficiency:
  Native or C1 English fluency.
• Process Management Expertise:
  Demonstrated expertise in managing process-driven and operations-based projects with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• Multitasking Capability:
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver successful outcomes in an operational environment.
• Adaptability:
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in the face of changing priorities.
• Remote Work Experience:
  Experience working remotely with internal and external stakeholders across multiple geographic regions, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
