We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical projects in the banking sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in banking technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities:
-

  • Manage technical projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Plan and define program scope, goals, and deliverables ensuring alignment of projects with organizational strategy and business objectives
  • Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, and risk management, change management plans to ensure project deliverables are met allocations and Track and report on program status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including executive leadership
  • Manage technical projects related to CRM, API India stack Integration and production postman for Banking Technology
  • Lead the Integration of API India stack, work with Development team to design and implement API interface, ensures ensure seamless data flow between API India stack & our system and conduct testing and quality assurance for postman integration.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, including mentoring and coaching to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies, including PMI and Agile frameworks
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership, showcasing program progress and outcomes


Must have Skills:
-

  • Strong experience in Program and Project Management . Program Reporting - collating and quality assuring packs for Program Status, Board, Steering Committee and Execution Board meetings
  • Program Communications - Own and maintain the Program SharePoint & schedule communications meetings, Supplier Management, including contractors and Statement of Works for team


Required Skill:
-

  1. Knowledge of loan Origination system, CRM, LMS
  2. Strong understanding of banking technology, including core banking systems, payment systems and digital platforms.
  3. Excellent project management skills and mythologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.) including project planning, resource allocation, risk management including PMI and Agile frameworks
  4. Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.G., MS Project, Jira).
  5. Strong technical skills, including knowledge of programming languages , data structures and SDLC Cycle
  6. Experience leading cross-functional teams with communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
  7. Analytical mind set with problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically along with managing large, complex programs and projects.
  8. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goals.


Qualifications:
-

The ideal candidate will possess a strong education background with Bachelors Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.


Experience:
-

5+ years of experience in technical project management in the banking sector.
