Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex projects within the Retail Banking Digital sector, with a particular focus on Mobile Platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, delivering agile-led initiatives, and influencing senior stakeholders to drive successful business transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
1. Lead and manage multiple complex and large-scale projects within the Retail Banking Digital sector.
2. Foster a collaborative and high-performing project environment, ensuring the professional growth and development of team members.
Capital Banking Digital Expertise:
1. Bring strong experience in Capital Banking Digital projects, with a deep understanding of mobile platform strategies, development, and implementation.
2. Identify and analyze project requirements, ensuring alignment with digital transformation goals and objectives.
Agile-Led Delivery:
1. Utilize extensive experience in agile methodologies to guide project delivery, ensuring responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs and timelines.
Stakeholder Influence:
1. Influence and manage relationships with senior stakeholders, including Sponsors, Managing Directors, and other key decision-makers.
2. Communicate complex ideas and project progress effectively, gaining buy-in and support for strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in Project Management, with a significant portion of this in Retail Banking Digital projects.
2. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing large-scale projects.
3. Proven expertise in agile-led project delivery, with a strong understanding of agile principles and practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
