As a part of this engagement, Palladium shall be supporting the client in taking forward various interventions in several areas of City Strategy 2030.In that context, Palladium is seeking to onboard a candidate to support the project requirements.Expectations from the ConsultantThis role is a client-facing role and the selected candidate shall be expected to work closely with the Client, internal Palladium teams as well as Experts onboarded from time to time. The Candidate is expected to assist in Palladium in driving the project ensuring the preparation of quality deliverables as well as assisting in day-to-day operations including:Support the Client and Team and ensure timely execution of the tasks as per the agreed work plan.Assisting in the development of PPP projects, financial assessment, transaction advisory, etc.Assist in carrying out financial analysis, annual budgeting, development of financial reports, etc.Provide financial management information by preparing financial status analysis and reports.Assisting in Bid Procurement/Bid Process ManagementConducting research, analysis, developing the reports, presentations.General problem-solving, concept development, project management, and facilitation.Candidates with a basic understanding of The National Municipal Accounts Manual will be preferred.Any other assistance required for other projects.Required QualificationsPost-graduate in Business Administration / ManagementAt least 5 years of total work experienceExperience of in consulting / corporate strategy / strategic planning / project managementExperience of assisting in Financial Modelling for PPP Projects / Transaction Advisory / Bid Process Management, etc. Experience of working with Central / State Government Departments / Agencies / ULBs / Multilateral/ Donor Agencies / International Aid Agencies / Social Organizations, etcLocation - This is a client-facing role requiring the candidate to be based out of the Client Office in Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune.Equity, Diversity & InclusionPalladium is committed to embedding equity, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do.
