POSITION:
Python Backend Architect (Mgr. / SM)

LOCATION:
Pune, Noida, Gurgaon

EXPERIENCE – 8-12 yrs.

JOB OBJECTIVE:

A result-driven backend Sr. developer to lead the backend development team

Necessary Skills–

Strong experience in developing/architecting applications using Python Django and has good hands-on experience in Micro-service architecture, REST APIs with TDD approach.

Backend languages:
Python Django

Cloud Computing (Basics):
AWS

Database:
PostgreSQL

1. In-depth knowledge of Python Django
2. Hands on Experience with AWS
3. Hands on experience in implementing REST APIs with microservice architecture.
4. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Pytest
5. Experience of using TDD (Test Driven Development) approach with automated unit tests
6. Good understanding of any one cloud platform – AWS.
7. Good understanding of modern architecture patterns like serverless and microservices
8. Good understanding of security best practices
9. Good understanding of Rest APIs and experience in working with backend developers for integration
10. Experience of working in complete Software Development life cycle involving analysis, technical design, development, testing, trouble shooting, maintenance, documentation, and Agile Methodology
11. Experience in healthcare data is a big plus.

Logical Thinking – Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations. notices discrepancies and inconsistencies in information and materials.

Task Management – Basic level of task management knowledge and experience. Should be able to plan own tasks, discuss and work on priorities, track, and report progress

Communication – Able to convey ideas and information clearly and accurately to self or others whether in writing or verbal.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

Education:

B-Tech or BE in any engineering discipline from Tier 1-2 college with 7-10 years of experience
