Job description We are seeking a talented
QA Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in Selenium and Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing automated test scripts and frameworks, a deep understanding of software testing methodologies, and a passion for quality assurance.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and Python. Create and maintain automation frameworks for regression, functional, and performance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other QA engineers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Identify, document, and track bugs, and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the testability and quality of the software. Monitor test results, analyze failures, and generate test reports to track quality metrics. Continuously improve and expand the automation test coverage. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to QA automation.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in QA automation with Selenium and Python. Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in developing and maintaining automation frameworks. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and scripts. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools. Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
