About the Role



Key Responsibilities


  • Apply knowledge of food technology and provide support and solutions for issues pertaining to processes and products.
  • Implementation of Food Safety Management System as per FSSC 22000 and BRCGS
  • Preparation of SOPs, Evaluation of root cause analysis for internal and external complaints and implementation of CAPA.
  • Involved in Product Development, Product and Process Improvement through implementation and adherence of defined SOPs.
  • Conduct Internal Audit as per FSSC 22000 and GMP audits
  • Conduct shelf-life study of newly developed products
  • Provide training and transfer of technology to production.
  • Conduct sensory evaluation of products.
  • Provide technical support to Production and Marketing team.
  • Creating quality attribute sheets for signed off products.


Qualifications & Key Requirements


  • Degree in Food Science & Technology / Processes
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in a Food manufacturing environment
  • Relevant experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety Management System
  • Thorough knowledge of Food/Packaging Quality, Food Safety & hygiene, Quality & Food safety Audits, Product Development, and preparation of Operating Procedures/SOPs)
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess good time management and project management skills.
