Quality Assurance Manager - Garments

Job Description Job Title: Quality Assurance manager- Garments Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with quality standards - Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures - Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions - Develop and maintain quality control manuals and documentation - Train and develop quality assurance team members - Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters - Analyze quality data and implement improvements to reduce defects and increase efficiency

Requirements 8+ years of experience in quality assurance in the garments industry - Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards - Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001) - Strong understanding of garment production processes and materials Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Quality Management, or related field - Certification in quality management (e.g. CQM, Six Sigma) - Experience in managing and leading quality assurance teams - Strong understanding of industry-specific quality standards (e.g. WRAP, Sedex) - Experience with quality assurance software and systems Requirements Graduate male. 6+ years experience in Recruitment and Generalist HR functions Preferred experience from home textile industry. Proficient in Team Handling
