Job Description Responsible for overseeing the recruitment of the business. This role ensures that the company attracts, recruits, and retains top talent. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and design effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization’s goals. Identify and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the organization’s future hiring needs. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process. Work closely with HR to ensure a seamless transition from candidate selection to employee onboarding. Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and objectives. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive work environment.
