<h4>Job Description</h4><h2>Job description</h2> <p><strong>Planning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Undertake planning for achieving sales targets for the cluster</li> <li>Develop sales targets for the branches within the cluster</li> <li>Ensure monitoring and analysis of the performance of each branch in the cluster against identified targets</li> <li>Implement incentive schemes for bank employees within the cluster</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Strengthen relationships with Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage & enhance relationships with the Branch Managers/ CROs of the partner banks</li> <li>Engage all the employees of the bank branches in insurance sales</li> <li>Maintain clear communication with the Branch Managers of the partner banks</li> </ul> <br /> <p><strong>Sales growth and cost management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure achievement of sales targets for the cluster</li> <li>Ensure successful launch of new products and marketing promotional</li> </ul> <p>campaigns within the Cluster</p> <ul> <li>Review monthly sales targets and performance of Business Managers/ CROs and discuss with Business managers/ CROs the backlog, customer feedback, and other insights from the field force</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Effectively manage overheads and thus ensure reduction of cost of operations for the cluster.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop the recruitment and training plan for the Business Managers in line with the overall recruitment & training plan and ensure recruitment and training of the team as per the plan</li> <li>Resolve any issues related to the Business managers/ CROs</li> <li>Ensure CROs meet their training requirements</li> <li>Ensure employee satisfaction and motivation in job responsibilities.</li> </ul> <p>Selection Criteria:</p> <p>1. Graduation</p> <p>2. Min 4-5 years of Sales Experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance with Team Handling Skills.</p> <p>3. Possessing strong leadership Skills.</p> <p>4. Having an excellent performance track record</p> <p>5.
