Reconciliation Operations Executive

<p>We are looking for <strong>Banking Reconciliation Operations officer</strong>for Vashi, Navi Mumbai.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience : 3 to 5years</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Notice Period : Immediate</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Description : </strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Must have product knowledge of various delivery channels & understanding of reconciliation process for delivery channels like (NFS, Visa, UPI, IMPS, Rupay, and Payment gateways)</li><li>Daily verification of Entries/TTUMs through CBS, for various delivery channels products.</li></ul><p><br></p><ul><li>Monitoring of various delivery channels GL heads on regular basis to make sure no unreconciled entries are pending.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Must be aware of regulatory guidelines for delivery channels likedispute TAT and compensation.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Need effective coordination with various schemes/vendors/aggregators to resolve the issue in a timely manner</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Having knowledge of ATM disputes and resolving the ATM difference.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Must have knowledge of the Chargeback dispute for overall delivery channels and the same should be resolved within regulatory TAT.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite including using Excel, Word.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Must have good oral and written skills</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Reduction of platforms, breaks, audit points, cost and un-reconciled balances</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Mitigate financial/reputational risk by ensuring appropriate structure, resources, procedures and controls are developed and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements or Bank policies</li></ul><p></p><ul><li>Deal effectively with queries from external and internal stake holders and resolve queries in a timely,professional manner, escalating issues where necessary to ensure prompt resolution.</li></ul>
