If you match this description, get in touch!<BR><BR><BR>What youll do <BR><BR><BR>The role is responsible to ensure sufficient inflow of suitable candidates using the agreed sourcing channels.<BR><BR>Responsible for building and communicating an attractive employee value proposition for all perspective candidates.<BR><BR>Responsible for organizing recruitment events<BR><BR>Conduct an in-depth vacancy intake meeting leading to agreement with the Hiring Manager on a proposed recruitment plan.<BR><BR>Identify & prescreen suitable candidates for specific vacancy<BR><BR>Understand the customers & it's business needs including organizational setting of vacancy.<BR><BR>Interview scheduling, offer negations & release<BR><BR>Budget & process compliance.<BR><BR>Focus on providing & managing the full spectrum of Talent Acquisition services for all partners & responsible for driving best practices within the Recruitment space.<BR><BR>KPI :Time to fill, Hiring Manager NPS, Internal mobility, Referral and diversity hiring.<BR><BR>Your qualifications<BR><BR><BR>Minimum 7-10 years of Recruitment experience (link removed)><BR>Strong stakeholder management.<BR><BR>Ability to manage complex business environment.<BR><BR>Strong on both strategic & operational level.<BR><BR>Excellent knowledge of leading complex recruitment process and ability manage varied workload while working on operational excellence.<BR><BR>Our candidate profile is just a guide.
