Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Account Manager located in Hyderabad for INDIA region . The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, providing excellent customer service, recruiting IT professionals, and effective communication with clients.

PRIOR MUST HAVE SKILLS:

MIN 10+ YEARS OF EXPERINCE IN IT STAFFING (DOMESTIC/INDIA).

MIN 5+YEARS OF EXPERINCE WORKING AS A RECRUITMENT ACCOUNT MANAGER IN IT STAFFING.

HANDLING END TO END RECRUITMENT PROCESS.

MANAGING A TEAM OF 5-10 RECRUITERS.

MANAGING AND FARMING 3-5 EXISTING ACCOUNTS.

EXPERINCE SUPPORTING REQS FOR SI’s / IMPLEMENTATION PARTNER ACCOUNTS.

MANAGING AND PUBLISHING WEEKLY, MONTHLY, QUATERLY AND YEARLY REPORTS.

MANAGING TEAM PERFORMANCE METRIC REPORT ON A MONTHLY BASIS.

PROACTIVE AND POSITIVE THINKING ATTITUDE.

ZEAL TO GROW WITH THE COMPANY.


Qualifications

Account management and customer service skills

Experince in Domestic Staffing industry is a must.

Recruiting and IT recruitment experience.

Strong communication skills, including written and oral

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field

Experience in the IT industry is a plus

Experience with applicant tracking systems
