Roles and Responsibilities Recruiting Agents & Advisors by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors Recruitment quality advisors through field, natural market, and other activities Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations, and other selling inputs Monitoring and tracking of business performance of advisors Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings Guiding advisors on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets Helping in need analysis of prospective customer to high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets Required Candidate profile Experience: Candidate with 5 years to Years of Field Sales experience in any industry, Insurance / BFSI experience will be added advantage.
