We are inviting applications for the role of Recruitment (Consultant)
In this role, you will be a part of the core sourcing team and drive different channels for timely delivery. You need to understand every requirement from business as it comes in, and drive sourcing in the right direction. The ideal candidate will exceed in this position if they are able to successfully aid recruiting efforts and fulfilling the client's needs. In order to do so the candidate has to be able to source and qualify leads that will meet the company's criteria.
Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify candidates through various channels
- Maintaining strong candidate Engagement
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
- Willing to work on volume hiring
- Ability to handle Physical and Virtual Drive
- Promoting low-cost channels to deliver maximum requirement like campus, referrals and Direct to talent (Portals;
social media;
Job Fairs;
etc.) maintaining quality of hire - Willing to work on weekend drives if required
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal & Written
- Any Graduate (Preferred MBA - HR)
