We are mandated to hire a dynamic Sales Professional for one of our clients, a well-known name in the event management space. If you are a MICE Sales professional with exceptional communication skills and a passion for the events industry, we invite you to apply and lead their sales team towards unprecedented success.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading their sales division, managing the profit and loss, and crafting innovative sales strategies to drive business growth. This pivotal role requires a strong business professional with a proven track record in sales, who is adept at building and nurturing client relationships, and can effectively negotiate and close deals. The position involves significant travel to cultivate new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

Key duties & responsibilities:


Researching and identifying new opportunities:
Looking for new markets, growth areas, and trends, and they also identify new ways to reach existing markets.

Generating leads:
Building lists of sales leads and then pitch to those prospects to build the company's client list.

Developing relationships :
Fostering relationships with customers, clients, partners, sponsors, and donors.

Setting goals and developing plans:
Setting goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.

Forecasting revenue:
Forecasting revenue from potential clients.

Monitoring growth :
Monitoring the organization's growth and strategize on how to reach more clients.


Requirements:


- Experience in MICE/Events Management 7 years and above.

- Should have good communication skills

- Should be open to travel

- Experience in Event Management or Hospitality industry is a must have.
