Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue government tender opportunities for medical devices in Odisha.
  • Manage end-to-end tender processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and healthcare institutions.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Responsible for driving sales strategy, managing tender processes specifically within the medical device sector, and overseeing a team of sales professionals.
  • Responsible for handling successful tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 12 to 14 years of experience in tender sales in people management role.
