New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. The Profile You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Consumer. You are a seasoned leader with strong experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth within organisations. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments You are a strong mentor and coach who builds high performing teams You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
