Relationship Manager Affordable Housing

<p><strong>Role & responsibilities</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Sourcing Affordable home loans, Micro-LAP products and Cross-sell LAP & Business loan to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition.</li><li>Responsible for empanelment of the DSA and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationships.</li><li>Responsible for establishing the organization brand and managing the sales and business development activities for Home Loans with a focus on affordable/mass affluent segments in the assigned locations.</li><li>The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the local affordable/mass affluent markets and PMAY - Responsible for smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre-sanction processing of a loan, sanction, post-sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer service.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred candidate profile</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Qualification - Graduate</li><li>Require minimum experience of 1 years in Mortgage, Micro LAP and affordable home loans</li><li>Strong negotiation skill.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Perks and benefits</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Good Salary with attractive incentive scheme</li><li>Generous health insurance for you as well as your dependents.</li><li>We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.</li></ul><p><br></p>
