Position: Digital Marketing Specialist/ Performance Marketing Specialist Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi Job Type: On-site 6 days Working ( Monday – Saturday)

Role and Responsibilities- ( Who are we looking for) Google Ads/ Meta Ads • Campaign Management : Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and achieve performance goals. Set up and manage search, display, and video campaigns. Conduct keyword research and use tools like Google Keyword Planner to identify target keywords. • Ad Creation:

Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives. Develop ad variations and conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion rates. • Performance Analysis:

Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting tools. Analyze metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to evaluate campaign effectiveness. • Budget Management:

Allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI. Adjust bids and budgets based on performance data and campaign goals. • Strategy Development:

Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and growth. • Reporting:

Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis. • Ad Compliance:

Ensure all ads comply with Google Ads policies and guidelines. Stay updated with changes in Google Ads policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in performance marketing with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification) are a plus.
