Roles and Responsibilities
we have openings for experienced “R&D professionals” from PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Range) Industry.
Job Details:
- Conduct research to develop new products, manufacturing procedures and specifications for new products, Costing of the developed product
- Prepare R&D samples, material lists, and Certificate of Analysis to go with the samples for customers
- Review with QA/QC and Technical process and conducts stability program for new products of R&D batches
- Support marketing and quality assurance/control team in dealing with technical and quality issues raised by customers
- Monitor and maintain R&D testing equipment including purchasing of testing equipment in a cost-effective manner, conduct or arrangement equipment calibrations and preventative maintenance.
Education & Qualification:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Material Management/ Mechanical/Plastic
- Knowledge of Designing tools- 2D and 3D
- Min 5 to 10yrs of experience in PPE Industry of the given product range in R&D department
