Interface on all project activities starting with formulation development, sensory evaluation, manufacturing process and stability. In depth knowledge in sun care, moisturizer, serum, rinse off and lip care products formulation. Should have knowledge in latest formats and technologies in D2C space. Manage the product development process from formulation to final approval. Oversee the product processing and manufacturing to maximize output. Generate and maintain a product database for substantiating claims regarding the safety and efficacy of produced products for both the national and international market. Effectively document of all findings, writeups, protocols and other authorization regarding products, publication. Express a high degree of flexibility and availability. Required candidate profile: Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Technology/Chemical Engineering/ Oil technology/Pharmacology/Pharmaceutics. Experience: 4-5 years’ experience in formulation development of personal care products for e.g. sunscreen, moisturizer, lip care, serums etc. To be honest, logical, hardworking, passionate, ready to face challenges to prove his/her capabilities.
