Research Associate - Brics & International Affairs

We are looking for:

  • Post Graduate Degree in International Business / Economics / MBA / MBE with 1 to 4 years of relevant experience


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Drafting all work-related communications such as:
    Emails, concept notes, background paper, presentations, event agenda, post-event reports, executive committee briefs, Social media posts etc.
  • Organising conferences, roundtables, webinars, investor meets, exhibitions, B2B meetings etc.
  • Relationship building with existing and potential stakeholders:
    Government, Industry members, Indian and foreign missions, international partners etc.;
    to foster collaborativeopportunities.
  • Inbound and outbound Delegation mobilisation.
  • Keeping a track of developments in the international and multilateral domains.
  • Conducting primary / secondary research.
  • Preparation of talking points.
  • Maintaining and regularly updating database of relevant stakeholders.
  • Raise funding / sponsorships as per work requirements in the department.
  • Supporting the team leader in the above and other work which may be initiated towards meeting the goals set for the department and FICCI.

  • Skilled in conducting both primary and secondary research for various projects.
  • Capable of monitoring and analysing international policy developments effectively.
  • Well-versed in the policy landscape, international trade, and investment trends.
  • Basic understanding of working with Central and State Governments, industry players, international representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Interest in International affairs.
  • Capable of coordinating business meetings / delegations.

  • Highly motivated and passionate, with a strong interest in international affairs.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Effective communication and writing skills.
  • Multi-tasking and the capability to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
