  1. Understanding the technical requirement and preparing the concepts.
  2. Design & Development of electronics systems & subsystems for the EV charging stations from scratch to the launch.
  3. Design & Development of electronics systems & subsystems for the Switchgear products for various applications
  4. Deep knowledge in design & development of the electronics circuit’s hardware.
  5. Experience in DFMEA, DFA and DFM for the electronics to predict and prevent future issues.
  6. Capability to program the hardware and deliver firmware with strong qualification methods can be an added advantage.
  7. Curiosity to understand and troubleshoot various issues faced during the development and in the on-market products, deep dive for full scale Root Cause Analysis and propose solution.
  8. Knowledge on development of PCB designs, Gerber files, multi-layered PCBs and SMD parts.
  9. Clear Understanding of the EMI/EMC requirements of the circuit design & various in-built protection for the same.
  10. Ready to travel for field testing & external lab testing for standard tests, practical use case scenarios and abuse.
  11. Accelerated life tests for sensitive parts and assemblies.

Good knowledge on the effect of interferences and leakages in the circuits leading to mal functioning


QUALIFICATION:
Undergraduate Electronics & Communication / Electrical & Electronics, Postgraduate in Power Electronics / Embedded Systems
