Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Front Office Assistant at Alfred Place, Fort Kochi. The Resort Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins, providing administrative assistance, maintaining clerical tasks, and ensuring exceptional customer service at the front desk.

  • Interpersonal Skills and Phone Etiquette
  • Appointment Scheduling and Administrative Assistance
  • Clerical Skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
