Role Title:
Resource Planning Senior Analyst


Responsibilities:

  • Performs analysis, trending, and communications of defined key performance indicators.
  • Analyzes and compiles reporting to support business objectives, while keeping close attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Completes weekly/monthly reporting working closely with peers, Global Service Partners, and other matrix partners.
  • Compile executive level reporting as required.
  • Handles ad hoc requests for the Workforce Planning team, such as root cause analysis, research and reporting and report development.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical and excellent organizational skills required.
  • Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills required. High degree of proficiency in the following:
  • MS Office – Advanced Excel knowledge required.
  • Claim Inventory Daily Dashboard (CIDD)
  • Daily Production Log (DPL)
  • Enterprise Activity Report (EAR)
  • Desk Activity Report (DAR)
  • Identify and review process improvement opportunities with peers, Manager, and matrix partners to implement more efficient processes.
  • Develop solid working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across functions, geographies, and lines of business.
  • Strong business acumen, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. (prioritize and meet deadlines)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with raising questions, issues, ideas, or suggestions to team. Giving and receiving feedback.
  • Strong team player – Expressed views directly and respectfully, communicating questions and suggestions effectively to team.
