We are looking for Risk Analysts who would have handled the below mentioned role in any sector. Real Estate sector will be an added advantage. Desired candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work ex. in below area.

Job Role: Review and analyse audit data from internal and external audits to identify trends, anomalies, and potential risks to the organization. Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the enterprise, including operational, financial, compliance, and strategic risks. Develop and propose actionable recommendations to mitigate identified risks, working closely with relevant stakeholders to implement corrective measures. Support the development and enhancement of risk management strategies and frameworks, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering a culture of risk awareness and ensuring a coordinated approach to risk management. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and suggested actions. Assist in the development and delivery of risk management training and awareness programs to enhance the organization’s risk culture. Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management to ensure the organization’s risk management processes are robust and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualification: Any Post Graduate with proven experience in risk managements and risk audits. Knowledge of risk management framework, policies and processes. Understanding of construction, EPC industry Understanding of financial and cyber risk scenarios. Understanding of Construction industry related regulations.
