Shift Timing - 2pm - 11pm IST

Scope and Responsibilities- Current Fine tune performance and operation issues that arise with RPA Bots Provide problem diagnosis, using appropriate control tools Liaise closely with CoE group to resolve problems Document, log and manage calls in the support management tool Proactively manage customer expectations through either resolution of or updating on progress of their outstanding problems/requests Ensure that all communication is accurate, clear and concise Plan and prioritise own work and ensure on-time delivery of all assigned tasks Work effectively with immediate colleagues to complete allotted tasks Identify and escalate problems to RPA Management and Team Leaders, which could have high impact to Business customers Represent RPA support team on any project activity which may impact support services

Initial Responsibilities Documentation - 50% Support - 40% BA - 10%

Future Responsibilities Proactively engage in improvement initiatives through consistent review of processes/procedures Provide on-going operational support including upgrades, defect fixes and process change activities Define, analyze and craft requirements with users Develop automations/RPA project solutions Following standard SDLC (proper assessment, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, delivery, and ongoing support) to build automated solutions for problems or processes that need improvement as identified by the business Adhere to the CoE best practices and work closely with the team

Operational Shift/Training Shift: TBD- Mix of

Day time (US) and Evening/Night time (India) post training is complete and progress reviewed. Split shift depends on business needs and requirements and how the training progresses

Education & Experience (Required and Preferred): Required An IT or Business Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4-9 years of professional services experience preferably on automation and/or analysis Process improvement education and/or experience Experience building automations with Automation Anywhere Strong knowledge on various commands including: String Operation, Excel and CSV commands, Error Handling, Send Email command, Object Cloning, Loop Command, and If command Intermediate proficiency with spreadsheet tools, including formulas and pivot tables, and leveraging those tools to solve problems/build solutions (Excel and/or Google Sheets preferred) Impeccable documentation skills Experience of working in a service desk or support environment Preferred Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Other AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, etc.) PeopleSoft Customer portals Macros (VBA) SQL Scripting Involvement in the implementation of at least 3 different RPA automations Hands on experience managing tasks in the AA control room Experience working in a fast paced business environment and utilizing Robotic Life Cycle (RDLC) Methodologies (Project Management and testing experience is a plus) Additional IT or Financial certifications

Key Competencies (see World League Publication if applicable): Interest & affinity for technology Willingness and ability to use existing knowledge to rapidly learn how to develop automated processes using RPA software Proficient at quickly developing and sustaining close working relationships with users Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to effectively communicate technical details to a non-technical audience (i.e. users, vendors, management, colleagues) as well as produce clear and concise written documentation Proven ability to review, analyze and implement process improvements Excellent analytical and problem solving skills High ability to simultaneously perform a variety of complicated tasks Ability to methodically identify, analyze, and resolve business and technical problems using systematic approaches with well-documented, supportable methodologies and creative and independent thinking.

Ability to prioritize, schedule, report, deliver, and support automated solutions for multiple applications within agreed timelines with overlapping schedules
