What are you expected to do? Be both highly technical and an effective people manager. Set clear expectations and goals for people in your team and be heavily invested in their accelerated growth. Participate and influence technical design, code reviews and overall system architecture. Be a subject matter expert in at least one product domain. Lead teams that own multiple goals in an ambiguous or high-impact area. Work with your team and cross functional partners to define and influence strategy. Collaborate with various functions, drive engineering initiatives and create clear business impact.

What are we looking for? BE/BTech in CS, EC5+ years of hands-on software design and development experience as a Software Development Engineer coding in C++, Java or Golang. Technical domain experience in building modern web/mobile based consumer facing applications using AWS, Microservices architecture and REST AP 1+ years of engineering management experience with complete people management responsibilities (hiring, performance, compensation, growth planning)
