Job Title: Safety & Security Officer Job Location: Mayo College Girls’ School Ajmer Rajasthan Profile Summary: We invite CVs for Safety & Security Officer for our Residential School to ensure all aspects of comprehensive safety and security of the students and staff and maintain a safe, secure and enabling teaching-learning environment. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the safety and security protocols across the entire campus. Ensure the security of the school perimeter, including entry and exit points. Manage access control systems, including visitor and material handling procedures. Implement and monitor Safety & Security measures during various events, functions, outdoor activities, and transportation of students and staff. Develop and maintain a Disaster/Crisis Management and Emergency Response Plan. Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and safety protocols. Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and reports, ensuring proper record-keeping. Conduct regular safety and security audits of the school and implement corrective actions as needed. Organize training sessions and mock drills on safety and security procedures for staff and students. Supervise and manage security staff, equipment, and liaise with local police and civil authorities. Requirements : Graduate/Post Graduate. Certifications related to Safety & Security domains and proficiency in English Communication will be preferred. Min 3 years as a Security Officer in a School, preferably a Girls’ Boarding School, or Service in the Defence Forces
