Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Business Development Manager at El Lior. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Sales and Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and collaborating with the management team to drive growth.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Min sales experience of 2-3 years in the beauty or skincare industry is required

- Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and New Business Development skills

- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

- Market Research and Competitor Analysis skills

- Collaboration with Management Team and Strong Communication skills

- Excellent Negotiation and MS Office skills
