  • E-waste & Lithium Battery Recycling:
    We're recovering critical minerals through a sustainable process called hydrometallurgy, giving them a second life and minimizing environmental impact.
  • Lithium Battery Sales:
    We offer cutting-edge lithium battery storage systems, perfect for integrating renewable energy sources and enabling a more reliable clean energy grid.
  • Dry Coal Separation Sales:
    We provide comprehensive solutions for dry coal separation, improving coal efficiency and reducing emissions.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Conduct in-depth market research and develop engaging sales & marketing materials to capture the attention of our target customers.
  • Identify and connect with potential clients using innovative sales & marketing strategies and tools.
  • Confidently present Novasensa's solutions and products, showcasing their value and impact to secure new sales contracts.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders – policymakers, decision-makers, and business partners – to promote sustainable practices and drive sales.
  • Leverage your data analysis skills to inform strategic decision-making and develop new metrics to increase sales and brand awareness across all channels.
  • Travel (when necessary) to promote and sell Novasensa's services and products, expanding our reach and impact.


Who We're Looking For:

  • A MBA graduate (or similar degree) with a hunger to learn and master new skills (REQUIRED)
  • A data enthusiast with a talent for storytelling (proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel essential. Knowledge of data visualization is a plus).
  • A team player with excellent communication skills (written and spoken English).
  • An open mind, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to make a real impact.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales & marketing experience (preferred, but not mandatory for exceptional candidates).
