Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to drive our company's sales efforts and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive market environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and services using scripts.
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.G., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in English and [other languages if applicable].
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fast learner and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of sales experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
