Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Business Development Manager at Docplexus in Mumbai. The key responsibilities include establishing and managing relationships with healthcare professionals, driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets through effective strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications Proven sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships (B2B) Prior experience having worked in digital marketing or pharma marketing initiatives Proficiency in sales CRM software and MS Office Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of the healthcare industry and current trends Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MBA (in a related field)
