Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist at AGS group in Dwarka. The E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for increasing sales /managing e-commerce operations, optimizing sales strategies, enhancing customer service, analyzing data, and engage with stake holders for designing programmes to enable increase online sales.
Qualifications/ Skill Set Required Knowledge of E commerce portal programmes like Amazon FBA ,Prime etc Knowledge of Listing ,brand registration, shipping ,returns ,revenue calculation. Knowledge of E com Ad programmes, pricing , ROI calculation. Good Analytical Skills especially excellent excel skills required. Knowledge of Tally with inventory & sales invoicing. Good Customer Service and Communication skills Experience in managing e-commerce platforms.
