Automobile experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer • Position TML products according to the identified need of the customer • Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer and also comparing with competition • Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve TL in case not able to address the questions • Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined • Explain and market the various value added services available to the customer including benefits, process and timelines; negotiate and finalize the deal • Conduct lead qualification and update the green form accordingly • Generate quotation for the customer based on his requirements as per prevalent schemes/offers • Guide the customer on the financing options, RTO process, insurance, booking amount • Achievement of Monthly Bookings, Retail and Accessories Target.
