Job Summary:

The Sales Consultant at Stratifyr will be responsible for driving new business development for both Stratifyr and its clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients, and ensuring successful project acquisition and execution. The Sales Consultant will work in the field, travelling to meet clients at their locations or working from Stratifyr's office or client offices. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong sales background and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through strategic consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Stratifyr and its clients across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business goals and how Stratifyr's services can meet their needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from initial contact through to contract signing.
  • Collaborate with Stratifyr's consulting team to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our services.



  1. Sales Strategy Execution:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Stratifyr's business objectives and growth targets.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales and other team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business development efforts.
  • Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results, using business tools to manage client information and sales data.
  1. Field Sales and Travel:
  • Travel extensively to meet with clients at their locations, attend industry events, and represent Stratifyr at conferences and trade shows.
  • Adapt to a flexible work environment, including working from client offices, Stratifyr's office, or from the field as needed.
  • Ensure that all travel and client interactions are well-planned and executed to maximize efficiency and impact.
  1. Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with Stratifyr's consulting team to ensure that client needs are understood and addressed throughout the sales and project delivery process.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of sales progress, client feedback, and potential opportunities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, strategy sessions, and training programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  1. Continuous Learning and Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry expertise to enhance effectiveness and drive results.
  • Contribute to the development of Stratifyr's sales processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Masters degree in Business, Marketing or Sales
  • Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in consulting or professional services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing new business relationships.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate client schedules and travel requirements.

Salary:
5 LPA
