We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with significant experience in top-tier audit firms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Financial Reporting and MIS:
Prepare and oversee the preparation of monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports. Prepare quarterly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Explore and implement possible automation of financial reporting processes.
2. Audit Coordination:
Coordinate with internal and external audit teams. Facilitate due diligence processes and ensure timely completion of audits.
3. Power BI Reporting:
Conduct periodic reviews and detailed analysis of Power BI reports. Set up discussions with respective departments based on the findings of Power BI reports.
4. Inventory Management:
Conduct critical reviews of inventory levels. Perform monthly detailed ABC analysis with respect to current sales order levels.
5. Financial Statements:
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IND-AS (Indian Accounting Standards).
6. Intercompany Reconciliation:
Perform monthly reviews of intercompany reconciliations. Maintain detailed records of intercompany cross charges.
7. Board Data Pack:
Assist in the preparation of comprehensive data packs for board meetings.
8. Internal Control and Risk Management:
Set up and maintain internal control Risk Control Matrix (RCM).
Conduct quarterly audits of internal controls and discuss identified gaps with respective departments.
9. Automated Controls and GITC:
Validate the effectiveness of automated controls and General IT Controls (GITC).
10. Budget vs. Actual Analysis:
Prepare and analyze Budget vs. Actual reports on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably from top-tier audit firms like KPMG, EY, Grant Thornton, etc. Strong understanding of IND-AS and financial reporting standards. Proficient in using Power BI for data analysis and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong coordination and communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
