Job Description: Seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional (Project Manager _ Innovation OR New Product Development) with expertise in functional roles and adaptable across various domains within the FMCG industry. Good to be PMP / Prince2 certified , the ideal candidate will possess 5 to 12 years of project management experience coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening, emotional intelligence, effective communication, and conflict resolution . Experience in the pharma sector is desirable, with the ability to prepare case studies and demonstrate continuous improvement (CI).
