About the role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads through the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met. Key Responsibilities Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Generate leads and identify potential customers for the company Contact and qualify potential customers - Utilize cold calls, , Email and other messaging apps to generate new qualified sales opportunities Generate interest & identify potential needs of customers in order to qualify them for sales Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives Track progress towards meeting sales goals Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management. Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook Requirements 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Time management and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to change A desire to learn and grow in the sales field Drive to try new ideas to improve sales process and attainment of results Previous experience of selling SaaS products would be a plus About the company OneJam.io is a sales enablement platform that helps revenue teams shorten their sales cycle & increase win rates.
