Risk Manager

Role : Manager - Risk Management & Internal Audit

Profile : To conduct Risk based Internal Audits for various operations of the Company, across Departments, Plants & Sales offices & Depots, preparing SOPs for business processes, Investigations, Cost reduction strategies Special Assignments etc. Internal Audit and Reporting for Plant & Sales Office locations and centralized processes at Head Office – including follow up of earlier internal audits.

Conduct detailed analysis in selected areas to ensure cost reduction - Across Plants, and Sales offices and Head Office.

Understand business processes - Create SOPs for various processes across functions, ensure their implementation and continuous monitoring for adherence.

Conduct Internal Financial Controls related walkthrough and testing of financial as well as operating controls.

Review of accounting & commercial controls to bring improvements within the different processes.

Communicate effectively in writing and orally; maintain objectivity. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong people management skill.

Navigate SAP to extract, analyze data and draw conclusions

System Development projects e.g.: driving ERP implementation, Business Analysis tools

Conduct training programs at appropriate levels to create awareness of internal audit, controls and risk.

Carry out Special Assignments that may be required from time to time, travelling to various official locations. Education : Chartered Accountant qualification is essential. Require close control/ audit experience across various functional domains. Knowledge of auditing and accounting practices used in large scale complex organization. SAP navigation skills (S4 HANA working experience preferred) Ability to compile, verify and analyse financial records and other documents. Monitor the efficiency of business procedures and management. Ability to understand the business process and carry out the process documentation in an analytical and meticulous manner. Ability to manage multiple assignments with diligent prioritizing.
