Job Summary: As a Sales Executive at

Neelachala Homes and Commercials Private Ltd. , you will be an integral part of our sales team, working alongside a senior sales executive to support them in generating leads, engaging potential clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: ● Assist the senior sales executive in prospecting potential leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, and networking events. ● Engage with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their real estate requirements and offer suitable solutions. ● Collaborate with the senior sales executive to maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and build lasting relationships. ● Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and conversion. ● Participate in sales meetings and presentations, learning from the senior sales executive's expertise and leveraging their guidance to enhance your sales skills. ● Help in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and sales-related documents. ● Learn about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales team. ● Support the senior sales executive in negotiating and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets. ● Strive to deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals.

Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential clients and the sales team. Previous

experience in real estate sales

is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales and real estate are encouraged to apply. Sound knowledge in

Excel, Word and Power point . Fluency in

English, Hindi and Odia

(Any other language is a plus)- both

reading & writing . Master Degree in Business , Marketing or a related field. Hand on Experience in

CRM . Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in real estate sales. Strong work ethic, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to contribute to the team's success.
