Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Executive to join our team in Surat. The Sales Executive person will play a consulting role, guiding the client through their entire solar journey and acting as the point of contact.


Job Role:

● Client Acquisition and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and prospecting.

● Client Relationship Management:
Understand clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions that align with our services. Act as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the client.

● Sales Process Management:
Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.

● Coordination with other Teams:
Ability to coordinate and work with internal and external members as and when required.

● Sales Performance and Reporting :
Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and objectives in line with the company's goals. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

- M inimum 1 Year of Sale Experience

-Proven ability to achieve sales targets and generate leads

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Willingness to travel to meet with clients

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Tools and Google Sheets. Experience in CRM and Sales analytical tools.
