Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives Candidate should have team handling experience. Will be responsible for budget achievement of revenue through different cross sale product like insurance ,term deposit, mutual funds etc. Designing, planning and executing marketing activities as required. Self Sourcing component is a key factor and should be well versed with all banking products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business 5 + years of total experience and 3+ years' of sales team manager experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
