The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
  • Candidate should have team handling experience.
  • Will be responsible for budget achievement of revenue through different cross sale product like insurance ,term deposit, mutual funds etc.
  • Designing, planning and executing marketing activities as required.
  • Self Sourcing component is a key factor and should be well versed with all banking products


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5 + years of total experience and 3+ years' of sales team manager experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
