Job Description

Should have prior exp of Business Development / Sales in IT Staffing. Willing to travel - client locations on need basis.

Should have IT talent deployment exposure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.

Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments

Good experience in contract staffing, MSP, RPO, and providing SOW based solutions to clients

Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives

Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities

Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels.
